OUR STORY

Founded in 2015, our journey began with a commitment to reshape the traditional ice delivery model. We started producing clear ice cubes in a modest 1,000 sq. ft. space, becoming early pioneers in the industrialization of this premium product category. As we grew, we expanded our offerings to include packaged ice, primarily supporting bars and restaurants during peak seasons and emergency situations.

In 2019, responding to increasing demand for both clear ice and large-scale catering events—including event venues, corporate gatherings, and festivals—we relocated to a larger, better-equipped facility.

The hospitality sector, our primary focus, faced unprecedented challenges in 2020, forcing closures for months. During this unforeseen pause, we redirected our efforts toward innovation. We invested heavily in our team and developed a fully web-based ordering system designed to give clients easy, instant and around-the-clock access to our ice distribution solutions.

Our innovative approach quickly gained traction, enabling us to expand into major metropolitan markets, pioneer digital solutions, and build strategic partnerships with leading ice producers. Each milestone achieved has reinforced our commitment to innovation, collaboration, unwavering service, and continuous evolution to meet the changing needs of our valued partners.

Today, in 2025, we're excited and humbled to launch our first U.S.-based hub in Boston, Massachusetts—a significant step marking our 10-year journey. This milestone belongs not just to our team, but to every client, partner, and supporter who believed in our vision. As we take this leap forward, we're grateful for the trust placed in us, committed to enriching the hospitality landscape, and enthusiastic about the future we're building together.
