Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This is more than a driving job—it’s a chance to be part of a sharp, dependable operation that keeps Boston’s best restaurants, bars, and venues stocked with premium ice. If you take pride in showing up, staying on point, and doing the job right, you’ll fit right in.Key Responsibilities
Operate refrigerated box trucks (Non-CDL, automatic transmission) to deliver packaged and cocktail clear ice throughout Greater Boston
Use our route optimization system to follow efficient daily delivery plans
Load your truck using a pallet jack; unload at delivery points using buggies or by hand when necessary
Lift and maneuver boxes (35 lb) and bags (30 lb) to place deliveries properly in customer freezers
Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
Keep your truck organized and represent the brand with a clean, professional appearance
Follow all traffic laws and prioritize safety
Work a fixed Tuesday–Saturday schedule (start time between 8:00–9:00 AM, flexible if needed)
What You Need
21+ with a valid Massachusetts driver’s license
Clean driving record and strong safety awareness
Strong knowledge of Boston traffic patterns, delivery zones, and parking regulations
Experience in delivery, hospitality, or operating box trucks (refrigerated preferred)
Comfortable with lifting and maneuvering deliveries
Self-starter with a reliable, respectful, and independent work ethic
What You Get
Weekly pay: $23–$25/hr (based on experience)
Fixed full-time schedule: 40 hours/week + Overtime available when needed
$1,000 performance bonus after 3-month review

About the Role
This is not a 9-to-5 sales job—it’s a high-leverage opportunity for someone already connected to Boston’s hospitality industry. Whether you're a bartender, a supplier rep, or a consultant with a strong network, you can earn commission by helping venues access our premium cocktail and packaged ice.As a Market Partner, you’ll be rewarded for what matters: opening new accounts, generating sales, and building long-term client relationships. You manage your own time. You pitch in where it makes sense. We handle fulfillment and operations—so you can focus on connections and closing.
What You’ll Do
Introduce our ice delivery service to bars, restaurants, venues, and caterers in your network
Get new accounts signed up (you earn on activation + ongoing sales)
Help onboard and follow up with clients to ensure retention
Add our offer to your pitch if you're already representing other hospitality products
Be the face of the brand where it counts: in the industry and among your peers
